Job Description:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital growth and African commerce? Vauxmart is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Associate to lead our digital presence. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, crafting high-quality content, managing our social media communities, and driving organic growth across all platforms. If you are a digital native who loves staying ahead of trends and producing engaging visual content, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Content Creation: Produce daily engaging content, including compelling captions that educate and convert, and high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts.

• Design & Branding: Create professional graphics using Canva or similar tools, ensuring every piece of content perfectly aligns with the Vauxmart premium brand identity.

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar, scheduling posts to ensure consistent delivery.

• Community Management: Monitor audience interactions, respond professionally to inquiries, and foster a positive community presence.

• Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance, prepare regular analytics reports, and suggest data-driven strategies to improve audience growth and engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and key company announcements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
