Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, trend-conscious, and results-driven Social Media Handler to join our team in the Chevron area of Lagos. You will be the voice of our brand online, responsible for crafting engaging content, growing our digital community, and driving interaction across all social platforms. If you have a sharp eye for visual trends, a passion for digital storytelling, and the ability to turn brand goals into viral engagement, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact content calendars that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.

• Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent activity and engagement.

• Engagement: Actively monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions; foster a positive community by engaging with followers and influencers.

• Visual Creativity: Produce or coordinate the creation of high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics that resonate with our target audience.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide regular reports to refine our digital strategy.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying digital trends, memes, and industry shifts that we can leverage for brand growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.

• Core Competencies:

  • Creative Excellence: A natural storyteller with strong copywriting and visual curation skills.

  • Trend Awareness: Deep knowledge of the Nigerian digital landscape, trending hashtags, and platform-specific algorithms.

  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
