Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor to join our team in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja. In this role, you will be the storyteller behind our visual content, responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact final products. Whether you are working on promotional material, social media content, or long-form narrative projects, you will use your keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and aesthetics to ensure every edit resonates with our audience.

Requirements:

• Footage Assembly: Take ownership of the post-production process by trimming, sequencing, and organizing raw, unedited footage into a logical and cohesive narrative.

• Creative Enhancement: Elevate the viewing experience by integrating music, sound design (SFX), and motion graphics that align with project goals and brand identity.

• Visual Refinement: Perform professional color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and a cinematic look across all projects.

• Storytelling: Structure sequences to tell a compelling story, ensuring the pacing and flow maintain audience engagement from start to finish.

• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, directors, and clients to understand their vision and deliver final cuts that exceed expectations.

• Project Management: Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, ensuring that final exports are rendered in the correct formats and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in various genres.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Motion Graphics: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects or similar tools for adding dynamic motion elements.
