Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Office Assistant to anchor our operational engine in Alausa, Ikeja. In the administrative heart of Lagos State, success is defined by "Operational Flow", the ability to harmonize clerical support (scheduling and correspondence) with the clinical precision required for record-keeping, document preparation, and office stewardship. This role is designed for an "Administrative Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree or HND and 1–3 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing supplies and inventory) with the "Professional Agility" required to handle customer interactions and support team members synchronously.

Requirements:

1. Clerical Orchestration & Flow Governance

  • Administrative Sovereignty: Provide high-fidelity clerical support, ensuring every schedule and piece of correspondence acts as a "Source of Clarity" for the team.

  • Document Architecture: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with clinical precision, ensuring the "Source of Professionalism" is reflected in all outgoing materials.

  • Inquiry Stewardship: Handle customer interactions with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of First Impression" for visitors and clients.

2. Resource Resilience & Logistical Logic

  • Inventory Sovereignty: Manage office supplies and inventory with millimetric focus, ordering supplies as needed to act as the "Source of Continuous Productivity."

  • Logistics Architecture: Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organized, maintaining the "Source of Order" required for a high-functioning workspace.

  • Procurement Power: Monitor usage trends to prevent stockouts, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for office expenditure and resource allocation.

3. Synergistic Support & Team Governance

  • Support Sovereignty: Provide administrative assistance to team members as required, acting as the "Source of Flexibility" for cross-functional projects.

  • Record Architecture: Maintain accurate and secure physical and digital records, ensuring every file acts as a "Source of Immediate Retrieval" for the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of robust experience in administrative or clerical roles.

  • Demographics: Candidate must be within the age range of 25–30 years.
