Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive support to the Managing Director by managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential communications, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on projects and deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- 2 - 3 years' experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Salary
