We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Junior Accounting Officer to anchor the foundational finance engine of our organization. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the accuracy of the ledger and the precision of the reconciliation success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize daily transactions with the clinical precision required for Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically an early-career professional with up to 2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastery of QuickBooks) with the "Analytical Agility" required to execute Month-End Closings and Audit Support.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ledger Governance

• Sovereignty of the Transaction: Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Truth."

• Reconciliation Architecture: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cash flow accuracy.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Closing Logic

• Payable/Receivable Sovereignty: Assist in the end-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Continuity."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records, providing the "Functional Foundation" for historical data retrieval.

• Closing Stewardship: Support month-end and year-end closing activities, maintaining the "Source of Reporting Readiness."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

• Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare basic financial reports and summaries, acting as the primary "Source of Data Insights."

• Audit Architecture: Assist with internal/external audits and compliance requirements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for institutional transparency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize QuickBooks and Excel proficiency to accelerate the "Entry-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Accounting Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (ideal for high-potential graduates).

• Technical Power: Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Accounting IQ: Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
