Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Inventory Officer to anchor the asset engine of our operations across Opebi, Alaba, and PS warehouses. In a specialized retail and distribution landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the stock count success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize bi-monthly physical audits with the clinical precision required for Distributor Performance Reviews, Price Updates, and Warranty Execution. This role is designed for an "Inventory Architect" who can blend "Logistical Grit" (conducting bi-monthly stock takes in Alaba and PS) with the "Financial Agility" required to manage banking transactions and monthly debtor lists.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Audit Governance

• Sovereignty of the Audit: Conduct regular inventory audits and bi-monthly stock taking (Alaba/PS warehouses) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Truth."

• Reconciliation Architecture: Ensure accurate alignment of inventory records and dealer accounts by email, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal transparency.

• Integrity Stewardship: Update new prices across all cashier systems (MOL and Dealers), ensuring the "Source of Pricing Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Distribution Logic

• Channel Sovereignty: Register, confirm, and review distributor performance every 3 months, acting as the primary "Source of Partner Accountability."

• Replenishment Architecture: Monitor stock levels and initiate high-speed replenishment orders, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted sales.

• Warranty Stewardship: Execute warranty and returns in coordination with the Cashier, maintaining the "Source of Customer Trust."

3. Operational Integrity & Fiscal Power

• Financial Sovereignty: Reconcile invoices and payments monthly while managing general banking transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Cash-Stock Harmony."

• Debt Architecture: Generate and share customer debtor lists at the end of every month, providing the "Relational Foundation" for credit control.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Bi-monthly audit cycles to accelerate the "Discrepancy-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or financial reconciliation.

• Technical Power: Strong proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and inventory software.

• Location: Must be able to operate effectively out of Opebi-Ikeja with mobility to Alaba and PS warehouses.

• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling general banking and account reconciliations independently.
