Job Description:
We are seeking a high-performing and persuasive Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) to drive our agent network expansion and revenue health. In a high-volume distribution environment, success is defined by "Retention Velocity", the ability to reactivate dormant accounts, resolve friction points in real-time, and utilize consultative upselling to maximize the lifetime value of every agent. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" who can blend "Empathetic Conflict Resolution" with the "Data Rigor" required to manage high-call volumes and sales metrics.
Your mission is to ensure "Peak Agent Engagement and Systematic Revenue Growth." You will be the primary link between our products and our frontline distributors: responsible for converting pre-qualified leads, managing the agent lifecycle, and providing an elite customer experience. If you possess "Persuasion Mastery," proficiency in Freshdesk & Xcally, and a self-driven approach to exceeding targets, we want you to drive our market dominance.
Requirements:
1. Agent Lifecycle & Retention Management
Network Reactivation: Systematically identify and call inactive agents to address their pain points, resolve complaints, and reintegrate them into the active revenue stream.
Relationship Stewardship: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with agents by ensuring they feel supported, valued, and accurately informed about our solutions.
Conflict De-escalation: Engage in active listening to diffuse frustrated agents, clarifying information and providing efficient resolutions to complex issues.
2. Revenue Conversion & Consultative Selling
Lead Transformation: Proactively convert pre-qualified sales leads into active business partners through targeted telemarketing and persuasion techniques.
Strategic Upselling: Analyze agent needs to make high-value recommendations for products or services that better suit their specific market demands.
Deal Architecture: Secure the best possible commercial deals while maintaining a focus on a high-quality customer experience that encourages repeat business.
3. Operational Excellence & Data Integrity
Metric Discipline: Strive to consistently meet and exceed Inside Sales call metrics (KPIs) while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Technical Proficiency: Utilize Xcally for communication and Freshdesk for ticket management, ensuring every interaction is logged with high fidelity.
Reporting & Insight: Maintain meticulous records of all telephone communications and use Microsoft Excel to report issues and performance trends accurately to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Experience: Proven track record in telemarketing, inside sales, or agent network management.
Technical Mastery: Excellent use of Freshdesk & Xcally tools; highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
