Job Description:
- Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, filing, and office operations.
- Track attendance, coordinate HR processes, and manage welfare
- Manage office logistics by overseeing the procurement of supplies and the management of vehicles/ administrative logistics.
- Handle petty cash, budgeting, and expense reporting
- Maintain statutory and policy-related records
- Ensure staff welfare by implementing processes to ensure workplace health, comfort, and communication.
- Coordinate communication between management, facility, and operations teams
Requirements:
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage.
- 5 years of hands-on HR/Admin experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Salary
