Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our nationwide branches.
- The ideal candidate will oversee supervisors and team leads, drive performance, ensure operational consistency, and achieve business growth targets.
- This role requires a strong leader with excellent business acumen and the ability to manage multi-location operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple branches nationwide
- Manage and provide leadership to Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure high performance
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed business targets
- Monitor branch performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and brand guidelines
- Identify growth opportunities and support branch expansion initiatives
- Analyze operational reports and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and execution
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all service points
- Recruit, train, and mentor operational leaders where necessary.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-branch operations
- Target-driven with strong business and financial awareness
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, business management, or regional management roles
- Experience in mobile device services, retail, or service operations is highly preferred
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
