Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Human Resources Manager to anchor the people engine of our Lekki-based operations. In the specialized landscape of Lagos corporate growth, success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive business objectives with the clinical precision required for Talent Acquisition, Performance Engineering, and Labor Law Compliance. This role is designed for a "People Architect" with 4–7 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (resolving workplace issues and managing employee relations) with the "Analytical Agility" required to provide strategic HR insights and manage complex payroll systems.
Requirements:
1. Talent Orchestration & Strategic Governance
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with company goals, acting as the primary "Source of Organizational Alignment."
Acquisition Architecture: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding, providing the "Structural Foundation" for an elite workforce.
Reporting Stewardship: Provide high-fidelity HR reports and strategic insights to management, ensuring the "Source of People Data" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Engagement Sovereignty: Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Stability."
System Architecture: Lead performance management and appraisal systems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for high-performance benchmarks.
Development Stewardship: Design and implement training programs to bridge skill gaps, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Talent Growth."
3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power
Regulatory Sovereignty: Ensure 100% compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies, acting as the primary "Source of Legal Integrity."
Fiscal Architecture: Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with millimetric focus, providing the "Visual Foundation" for employee financial security.
Velocity Logic: Utilize at least 2 years of managerial experience to supervise the HR team and optimize internal procedures, maximizing the "Source of Administrative Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4 – 7 years in HR (with at least 2 years in a managerial role).
Location Focus: Proximity to Lekki is a high-priority consideration.
Certification: Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a significant added advantage.
