Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and high-impact Human Resource Manager to lead the people and organizational transformation of our Microfinance Bank. You will be the primary architect of our corporate culture, operational efficiency, and talent strategy. This is not just an administrative role; you will be a business partner responsible for driving profitability by optimizing our human capital and building a high-performance workforce capable of scaling our banking operations.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Restructuring: Lead the overhaul of the bank’s operational framework to drive efficiency, accountability, and seamless inter-departmental collaboration.

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Spearhead the recruitment of high-performing talent, with a specialized focus on Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to fuel revenue growth.

  • Performance & Reward Systems: Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) and a structured reward/recognition framework that directly links staff output to organizational success.

  • Retention & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to stabilize the workforce, increase employee engagement, and reduce turnover.

  • Digital HR Transformation: Lead the selection and full implementation of an ERP/HRIS platform to digitize and streamline HR operations.

  • Culture Institutionalization: Embed the bank’s values and behavioral standards across all levels, ensuring a unified and professional workplace culture.

  • Administrative Excellence: Establish cost-effective administrative systems that promote prudent resource management.

  • Role Standardization: Review, develop, and standardize comprehensive Job Descriptions (JDs) to ensure total role clarity and operational accountability.

  • Employer Branding: Execute business promotion initiatives that position the bank as an employer of choice in the financial sector.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 6–10 years of professional experience, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align HR strategies with business revenue and growth targets.

    • Change Management: Proven track record in restructuring organizations and implementing new operational frameworks.

    • Analytical Skills: Expert ability in measuring productivity and interpreting performance data.

    • Tech-Savviness: Experience in selecting and deploying HRIS/ERP systems.

    • Communication: Ability to represent the bank’s brand and engage with diverse stakeholders.
