Job Description:

• The HR Specialist will support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives across assigned regions.
• The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations to ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
• Handling employee relations and resolving workplace concerns
• Supporting performance management processes, including PIPs
• Overseeing HR operations such as payroll support, leave, and employee records
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Partnering with business leaders to support operational needs
• Preparing HR reports and tracking key metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
