Job Description:

We are seeking a precise, highly organized, and reliable Contracts & HR Administration Associate to become the backbone of our People Operations. In this role, you will be the custodian of our employment documentation and data integrity. From generating accurate contracts for new joiners to ensuring seamless data synchronization between our HRIS and payroll, your work will provide the administrative foundation that our global teams rely on. Requirements:

  • Documentation Excellence: Prepare and issue employment contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence with 100% accuracy, ensuring adherence to company templates and standards.

  • Data Integrity & HRIS Management: Maintain clean, up-to-date digital employee records. Ensure all HRIS data points are meticulously updated and perfectly aligned with payroll requirements.

  • Operational Workflow: Track the status of contracts, approvals, and signatures. Ensure a smooth hand-off between Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and People Helpdesk to guarantee that new hires and internal changes are processed on time.

  • Compliance & Audits: Support internal audits by organizing digital files and preparing evidence. Maintain version control for our template libraries to ensure compliance across all entities.

  • Collaborative Support: Act as a reliable partner to Payroll Operations, ensuring that allowances, deductions, and status changes are captured accurately every pay cycle.

  • Service Delivery: Provide prompt administrative support for onboarding waves and payroll cut-offs, serving as a first point of contact for basic HR administration queries.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a high-volume administrative support role.
