Job Description:
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entire recruitment process for Work Evolve and its clients, ensuring every stage from role briefing to candidate placement is executed with precision and professionalism.
Requirements:
Education/Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, SPHRi) are an advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency, consulting, or in-house).
- Prior exposure to HR consulting or a multi-client environment is highly desirable. Supervisory or mentoring experience with junior recruiters is an added advantage.

- Industry Knowledge
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent relationship management and client engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with HR functions beyond recruitment (onboarding, compliance, training).
- Proficient with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR documentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
