Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined and proactive HR Officer to join our team in Ikeja. This role is designed for an HR professional who excels in the operational "daily routine" while possessing the networking skills required for high-end talent sourcing.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the Lagos job market and is capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial screening to onboarding. We place a high premium on candidates with headhunting experience and the ability to bridge communication gaps in a multicultural environment.
Requirements:
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
Full-Cycle Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating seamless employee onboarding.
Talent Pool Development: Proactively collect local candidate resources to build and maintain a robust company talent pool.
Headhunting: Assist in high-end talent sourcing and maintain long-term professional connections with mid-to-senior level candidates.
Vetting: Coordinate and cooperate with background check procedures and recruitment arrangements.
HR Operations & Administration
Daily Routine: Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including meticulous tracking of staff attendance and maintenance of employee profile files.
Confidentiality: Ensure that all company business and talent information is kept strictly confidential at all times.
Compliance: Strictly follow company rules and the "red line" policy to maintain professional standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 1–3 years of working experience within the Nigerian HR field.
Specialized Expertise:
Prior experience in headhunting or talent sourcing is highly preferred.
Deep familiarity with the Lagos local job market and effective recruitment channels.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese is a significant advantage and highly preferred for this role.
