Job Description:

• The Growth Marketing Associate will be key to both executing growth marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and expertly managing our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Vertex's AI, cloud, software development, and web solutions.
• Manage and optimize all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in growth marketing, social media, and digital advertising, particularly within the tech and AI sectors.
• Assist in creating compelling marketing collateral across various digital channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing or digital marketing role, with a strong focus on social media management, ideally within a tech or software company.
• Proven track record of successfully executing growth strategies and managing social media campaigns.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising).
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and compelling storytelling.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decision

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working at a consulting company, tech advisory firm, or similar professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing routines and structured campaigns.
