Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to anchor our visual communication strategy in Lagos. In the competitive real estate and corporate sector, success is defined by "Visual Authority", the ability to translate complex property value propositions into clean, compelling, and high-converting designs. This role is designed for a "Creative Architect" with an OND qualification who can blend "Digital Artistry" with the technical precision required to prepare error-free assets for both high-end print production and viral social media campaigns.
Your mission is to ensure "Brand Consistency and High-Impact Marketing Visibility." You will be the primary engine of our brand’s aesthetic: responsible for designing everything from billboards and brochures to real estate project branding and social media visuals. If you possess "Compositional Mastery," a proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, we want you to drive our creative excellence.
Requirements:
1. Marketing & Real Estate Branding
Collateral Orchestration: Design a wide range of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, banners, and high-impact billboards that capture the essence of our real estate projects.
Branding Development: Create and maintain visual identities for new property developments, ensuring that logos, color palettes, and typography align with project-specific brand stories.
Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute visuals for integrated campaigns that drive lead generation.
2. Digital Content & Social Media Strategy
Engagement-First Design: Create social media graphics and campaign visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
Digital Consistency: Ensure that all digital outputs maintain a unified brand voice, reflecting the company’s professional standards across all screens.
Template Stewardship: Develop and manage reusable design templates in Canva or Adobe to ensure the marketing team can maintain a rapid content output.
3. Print Production & Quality Control
Pre-Press Management: Prepare high-resolution artwork files for professional print production, ensuring correct bleed, margin, and color profiles (CMYK).
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with print vendors to ensure the final physical products (banners, brochures) match the digital specifications and brand quality.
Detail Governance: Diligently review all designs for typography errors, alignment issues, and brand deviations before final approval.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an OND qualification.
Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing professional and creative work.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (Experience with Canva is required; CorelDRAW is a significant plus).
Core Competencies
