Job Description:

Clyra LLC (USA) is seeking a results-oriented Full-Stack Developer based in Nigeria to join our remote engineering team. This is not a traditional "coding only" role; we are looking for a forward-thinking developer who treats Artificial Intelligence as a core part of their daily workflow to accelerate production and deliver high-quality features.

As an American company, we operate with a "High Trust, High Delivery" mindset. You will have the autonomy to own features from conception to production without micromanagement. In exchange, we expect elite technical ownership and the ability to leverage the latest AI dev-tools to ship code faster and smarter.

Requirements:

1. Modern Full-Stack Development

• Application Architecture: Design and develop scalable, responsive applications using the Node.js and React ecosystem.

• Production Delivery: Ship real-world features directly into our production environment, ensuring code is clean, efficient, and maintainable.

• Data & Connectivity: Build and integrate robust APIs while managing database performance and schema design.

2. AI-Augmented Workflow (Core Requirement)

• Prompt Engineering for Devs: Integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cline, and Lovable into your IDE to automate boilerplate, debug complex logic, and refactor code.

• Efficiency Gains: Demonstrate a clear ability to use AI to shorten the development lifecycle from "Ticket" to "Deploy."

• Rapid Prototyping: Leverage AI-driven low-code/no-code bridges to build UI components and backend logic at 10x speed.

3. Remote Operations & Ownership

• Autonomous Delivery: Take full responsibility for your tasks, prioritizing workloads effectively to meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

• Git Governance: Manage code versions and pull requests via Git, ensuring a smooth collaborative flow with the global team.

• Clear Communication: Maintain objective and transparent communication regarding progress, blockers, and technical decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Technical Stack: Hands-on experience with Node.js and React.

• Core Skills: Proficiency in Git, API design (REST/JSON), and database management.

• AI Expertise: Mandatory use of AI in your current development workflow. You should be comfortable discussing your use of tools like GitHub Copilot, Cline, or Lovable.

• Location & Infrastructure: Ability to work remotely from Nigeria with a stable, high-speed internet connection and a reliable power setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS platforms and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

• Advanced "Prompt Engineering" skills to speed up complex logic development.
