Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the technological transformation of our organization across Lagos and Ogun. As our CIO, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and business growth. You will be responsible for designing and customizing robust platforms that elevate our customer experience, overseeing our entire technical infrastructure, and steering the organization toward a competitive technological advantage. Requirements:

• Tech Strategy & Customization: Design and implement innovative technological systems and platforms specifically tailored to enhance user and customer experience.

• Implementation & Leadership: Plan the rollout of new systems while providing expert guidance, mentorship, and direction to our IT professionals and organizational staff.

• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage our technological infrastructure—including networks and computer systems—ensuring 100% uptime and optimal performance.

• Resource Management: Approve major hardware/software acquisitions and cultivate strategic partnerships with external IT service providers.

• Project Governance: Direct and organize all IT-related initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

• Market Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, identifying and recommending ways for the company to leverage new tools for a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–5 years of progressive experience in IT leadership or senior-level technology management.
