Job Description:

We are seeking an autonomous and pragmatic Full Stack Developer to join our small, high-impact engineering team. You will be building a mission-critical Creator Intelligence Platform used for our internal campaign operations. This is not a role for those who wait for instructions; we need an engineer who takes ownership of the entire product lifecycle—from designing robust PostgreSQL schemas and data pipelines to crafting clean, functional UIs in Vue.js. If you have shipped real products, prioritize solving the "right" problem over using the "latest" tech, and thrive in an asynchronous, remote-first environment, we want to talk to you.

Requirements:

• Full-Stack Development: Build, maintain, and scale our core platform across the entire stack.

• Data Engineering: Design and manage structured data pipelines, pulling from external sources, ensuring data integrity, and handling complex synchronization.

• Backend & API Architecture: Develop high-performance backend services using Node.js and REST APIs, with a heavy focus on flexible and scalable database design in PostgreSQL.

• Frontend Craftsmanship: Create intuitive, clean, and highly functional UIs using Vue.js that empower our team to manage campaigns effortlessly.

• Strategic Problem Solving: Act as a product-minded engineer—questioning requirements, understanding the "why" behind the build, and proposing solutions that actually move the needle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional full-stack development. Proven track record of shipping real-world products.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Frontend: Strong expertise in Vue.js. You can build UIs from scratch without relying on pre-built design systems.

  • Backend: Solid fundamentals in Node.js, REST API design, and PostgreSQL schema architecture.

  • Data Pipelines: Proven experience handling external data integration, cleaning, and structuring.
