Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional ICT Support / Technician to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure, ensuring that our hardware, software, and network systems operate flawlessly to support our academic and administrative goals. We are looking for an individual with the technical depth to troubleshoot complex systems and the interpersonal skills to provide friendly, reliable support to staff and students alike. Requirements:

• System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade the organization’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

• Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for staff and departments promptly.

• Infrastructure Management: Manage user accounts, security permissions, and data backups to ensure system integrity and information security.

• Digital Integration: Support the integration of modern educational and administrative technology, ensuring staff are well-equipped to leverage ICT tools for productivity.

• Asset Stewardship: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all ICT assets, managing procurement, repairs, and vendor relationships where necessary.

• Professional Conduct: Uphold the highest levels of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive institutional data and digital systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 4–10 years of professional experience in an IT support or technical role.

• Environment: Proven track record in a school or corporate environment.

• Certifications: Possession of relevant IT qualifications and professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified, etc.).
