Job Description:
- Be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle all incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as assigned.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements:
- HND / BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent; additional certification.
- Must be female and currently reside in Enugu.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Customer service orientation.
Salary
