Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle all incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as assigned.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.

Requirements:

  • HND / BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent; additional certification.
  • Must be female and currently reside in Enugu.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Customer service orientation.

Salary

N50,000 monthly
