We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Reception Duties: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, greeting visitors, and responding to inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Security and Protocol: Follow security protocols and maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or front desk role.
