Job Description:

• We are actively seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring robust financial health, compliance, and facilitating business growth within the construction and engineering sector.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong financial leadership, industry expertise, and hands-on experience in managing financial operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, optimize working capital, and implement cost control measures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Internal Controls: Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and evaluate project profitability.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and financial performance, particularly for construction projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members to foster professional growth.
• Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and enhance financial efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• ICAN certification (mandatory).
• Prior experience in the construction or engineering industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
