Job Description:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Lead recruitment for junior, mid-level, senior, and executive roles across operations, credit, technology, finance, risk, sales, and corporate functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding handover.
- Adapt recruitment approach based on role seniority and business urgency.
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping:
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and talent communities.
- Conduct market mapping and headhunting for leadership, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring junior and operational roles.
Assessment & Selection:
- Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviews across all levels.
- Design and manage assessment stages including tests, case studies, and psychometric evaluations where required.
- Support reference checks and final hiring recommendations.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, success criteria, and timelines.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and data-driven insights to leadership.
- Deliver a professional and transparent candidate experience across all roles.
- Handle sensitive and confidential searches with discretion.
Recruitment Process, Systems & Reporting:
- Ensure recruitment processes are structured, documented, and scalable.
- Maintain accurate candidate records across all hiring channels.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting across financial services, fintech, technology, or fast-growth environments is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4–8+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, covering both junior/volume hiring and senior/executive recruitment.
