Job Description:

We are seeking a numerically elite, ledger-obsessed, and operationally rigorous Financial Governor to anchor the accounting immune system and transaction-processing engine of our organization. In the high-velocity world of corporate finance where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the cash-cycle and the precision of the reconciliation-filter success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize daily transaction-recording with the clinical precision required for Asset-Governance Architecture, Month-End Reconciliation, and Compliance-Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Financial Command Center"—a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Accounting Grit" (mastering the complexities of journal entries and waybill verification) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Workflows.

Requirements:

. Ledger Sovereignty & Transaction Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Entry: Record and update daily financial transactions (cash, bank, site payments), acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Financial Throughput."

• Transaction Architecture: Verify and file supporting documents (receipts, invoices, waybills) and post approved vouchers, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a clean audit trail.

• Integrity Stewardship: Track staff/site cash advances and ensure prompt retirements, ensuring the "Source of Liquidity-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Reconciliation Governance & Cash Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Maintain bank and petty cash reconciliations, acting as the primary "Source of Balance-Sheet Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Monitor site cash usage and align reports with actual disbursements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate cost-tracking.

• Compliance Stewardship: Assist in month-end closing activities and report generation, maintaining the "Source of Fiscal-Readiness."

3. Operational Fidelity & Reporting Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and update asset records, acting as the primary "Source of Executive-Insight."

• Reporting Architecture: Produce accurate weekly and monthly financial reports for management review, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven strategic decisions.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Excel & Accounting Software to accelerate the "Reconciliation-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Financial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting department.

• Technical Power: Mastery of Accounting Software and MS Office (Excel); deep understanding of auditing principles and reconciliation standards.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities; ability to maintain absolute financial integrity under pressure.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Financial Sovereignty" in a rapidly scaling organization.

• Certifications: ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPFA status is a distinct advantage.
