Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Electrical Engineer to anchor the technical engine of our Sagamu manufacturing facility. In the complex landscape of industrial production, success is defined by "Electrical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex power systems with the clinical precision required for PLC Automation, Corrective Maintenance, and Energy Sustainability. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with over 9 years of experience who can blend "Industrial Grit" (troubleshooting complex machinery) with the "Leadership Agility" required to supervise a team of engineers and technicians toward operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Systems Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Electrical Sovereignty: Lead and supervise a team in the design, installation, and maintenance of all facility electrical systems, acting as the primary "Source of Power Integrity."

• Maintenance Architecture: Develop and monitor high-fidelity preventive and corrective maintenance programs, providing the "Structural Foundation" for machinery longevity.

• Safety Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the "Source of Operational Security" is elite.

2. Tactical Resilience & Automation Logic

• Troubleshooting Sovereignty: Resolve complex electrical issues to minimize downtime and optimize output, acting as the primary "Source of Production Continuity."

• Automation Architecture: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Industrial Automation and PLCs, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for streamlined manufacturing processes.

• Collaboration Stewardship: Work with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Quality, Production) to support continuous improvement, maintaining the "Source of Engineering Synergy."

3. Innovation Integrity & Strategic Power

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Drive innovation in energy efficiency and sustainable practices, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Optimization."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare technical reports and project proposals for management review, providing the "Visual Foundation" for strategic engineering investments.

• Leadership Logic: Motivate and supervise a technical team to achieve operational excellence, utilizing 9+ years of manufacturing expertise to maximize the "Source of Engineering Velocity."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree is a strategic advantage).

• Experience: Minimum of 9 years in electrical engineering specifically within the manufacturing industry.

• Certification: Professional engineering certification or membership in relevant bodies is an added advantage.
