Job Description:

We are seeking a technically rigorous and results-driven Site Engineer to provide on-site leadership for our projects in Lekki. You will serve as the primary technical authority on-site, ensuring that construction activities are executed to the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This role is for a detail-oriented professional who excels at structural verification, trade coordination, and proactive problem-solving. Requirements:

• Construction Supervision & Quality: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications. Perform critical setting-out and verification for structural elements. Enforce Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to resolution.

• Trade Coordination: Act as the central technical coordinator, identifying and resolving design conflicts between structure, MEP, facade, and finishes before they impact the schedule.

• HSE Enforcement: Lead by example with daily site inspections and toolbox talks. Enforce all safety protocols with the absolute authority to stop work in any high-risk situation.

• Programme & Progress Management: Track site progress against master milestones daily. Submit objective daily/weekly reports with photo documentation and proactively manage RFIs for any design uncertainties.

• Commercial & Documentation Oversight: Maintain audit-ready site records (drawings, test certificates, delivery logs). Provide commercial defense by verifying contractor valuations and daywork sheets against actual physical progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven field experience in construction supervision, preferably in high-end or large-scale developments.
