Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and precision-oriented Production Operator to manage our state-of-the-art automatic aseptic milk filling production line in Igbesa. This role is critical to maintaining the sterility and efficiency of our beverage manufacturing process. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire filling cycle, ensuring that strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met at every stage. We are looking for a technical professional with a solid background in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing who can handle the complexities of aseptic operations, equipment maintenance, and quality monitoring. Requirements:

• Production Management: Oversee the operation of the automatic aseptic filling line, ensuring consistent output and adherence to production targets.

• Aseptic Integrity: Maintain the strict sterile environment required for aseptic filling, monitoring critical process parameters to ensure product safety.

• Operational Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, basic equipment adjustments, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure machine longevity.

• Quality Control: Conduct real-time monitoring and quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet all safety and regulatory specifications.

• Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, document production logs accurately, and contribute to the optimization of manufacturing workflows.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous adherence to industrial health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: University Degree (B.Sc./B.Tech) is mandatory.

  • Preferred Majors: Food Science, Microbiology, Fermentation Engineering, or Pharmaceutics.

  • Also Considered: Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.

  • Note: Applicants with management or marketing majors will not be considered for this technical position.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in production, operations, quality control, or maintenance within large-scale food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or brewing industries.
