We are seeking a data-driven and highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Leadroitt Realty. In the real estate industry, the digital journey is where most property investments begin. We need a specialist who can navigate the nuances of SEO, dominate search engine results, and craft compelling online narratives that convert casual scrollers into serious investors.
As our Digital Growth Lead, you will be responsible for our entire online footprint. Your mission is to maximize our ROI on Google Ads, optimize our website for organic search, and lead social media campaigns that resonate with high-net-worth individuals. If you have 3 years of experience and a mindset that balances creative storytelling with rigorous analytical optimization, we want you to scale our digital presence.
Requirements:
1. Performance Marketing & Search Excellence
SEO/SEM Strategy: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO to ensure Leadroitt properties rank at the top of search results.
Paid Acquisition: Design, execute, and monitor high-performance Google Ads and social media PPC campaigns, focusing on lowering Cost Per Lead (CPL) while increasing lead quality.
Analytics & Optimization: Use Google Analytics and heatmaps to track user behavior and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
2. Social Media & Content Engineering
Campaign Orchestration: Drive end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, tailored specifically for property investors and first-time homeowners.
Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content (video scripts, blog posts, and ad copy) that communicates the value proposition of our real estate projects.
Community Engagement: Foster brand trust by managing online interactions and maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice across all digital channels.
3. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Data-Led Decisions: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments to identify the most effective growth drivers.
Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing algorithms and real estate tech trends to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing (real estate or luxury brand experience is a major plus).
Technical IQ: Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page/technical), SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media management tools.
Location: Must be available for Full-Time, Onsite work in Lagos.
