Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mid-Level Creative Designer to become the visual voice of our brand. This role is designed for a designer who has moved beyond basic execution and into the realm of strategic visual communication—someone who can translate a complex marketing brief into a clean, high-impact design that stops the scroll.
You will be a key partner to our Content and Social Media teams, ensuring our brand story is told consistently across all touchpoints. From high-fidelity social campaigns to experimental motion graphics, you will own the design lifecycle from concept to final export. If you have 3–5 years of experience, a mastery of the Adobe Suite, and a portfolio that proves you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to see your work.
Requirements:
1. Design Execution & Brand Stewardship
Asset Architecture: Design premium visual assets for social media campaigns, marketing collateral, and internal brand communications.
Platform Optimization: Adapt and iterate designs for various formats (Story vs. Feed vs. Web), ensuring optimal resolution and engagement across different UI/UX environments.
Brand Integrity: Serve as the guardian of our brand guidelines, ensuring every output—regardless of the platform—feels cohesive and "on-brand."
2. Collaborative Strategy & Conceptualization
Brief-to-Concept: Work in lockstep with Content Marketers to translate written strategies into effective visual concepts.
Iterative Workflow: Manage feedback loops and revisions with professional agility, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
Asset Governance: Maintain a highly organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets to ensure seamless team collaboration.
3. Multimedia & Motion Innovation
Dynamic Content: Support our digital presence by creating simple motion graphics and animations that breathe life into static designs.
Video Support: Provide basic video editing support (cuts, transitions, subtitles) to enhance our storytelling on video-first platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer, preferably with digital-first or social media brands.
Technical Stack: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
Motion Skills: Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic animation and video edits.
Environment: Ability to work onsite and thrive in a fast-paced or startup-style setting.
Core Competencies
Design Theory: A deep-seated understanding of typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory.
Communication: Ability to articulate creative decisions and collaborate cross-functionally with non-designers.
Independence: A self-starter who can manage their own task list with minimal supervision.
