As the custodian of our brand voice, you will lead a cross-functional effort to ensure our listings are not just seen, but desired. You will oversee everything from cinematic virtual tours and lead-nurturing email funnels to advanced AI-integrated marketing workflows. If you have 5+ years of experience, a mastery of both Meta/Google ads and high-level graphics, and a proven ability to convert organic traffic into high-value sales, we invite you to lead our marketing engine.
Requirements:
1. Credit Operations & Processing
Technical Training: Learn to navigate the end-to-end loan lifecycle, from initial application review to creditworthiness assessment.
Program Mastery: Gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements and benefits of the Government Workers’ Loan Program.
Accuracy: Ensure all applicant data is verified and documented with 100% precision to minimize credit risk.
2. Virtual Customer Engagement
Relationship Management: Act as a professional consultant for government employees, guiding them through the application process with clarity and empathy.
Persuasion & Conversion: Use effective communication skills to explain loan terms and convert inquiries into successful disbursements.
Remote Connectivity: Utilize digital communication tools to maintain high levels of engagement without the need for a physical office.
3. Performance & Target Achievement
Growth Mindset: Commit to daily and weekly targets designed to scale your career and the program’s reach.
Independent Execution: Demonstrate the discipline to manage your own schedule and hit KPIs without constant on-site supervision.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a National Diploma (ND), HND, or B.Sc. in any field.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or microfinance is an added advantage, but we primarily hire for attitude and train for skill.
Work Style: Must be highly disciplined and comfortable working 100% remotely.
