Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Social Media Manager to serve as the digital voice of our brand. This is not a role for a "casual poster"—we are seeking a growth-minded professional who understands how to leverage algorithms, storytelling, and community engagement to drive real business results.
Your mission is to build a vibrant online presence that turns followers into brand advocates. You will be responsible for everything from high-level strategy and content production to paid advertising and deep-dive analytics. If you have 2–3 years of experience and a "social-first" mindset, we want you to lead our digital conversation.
Requirements:
1. Content Strategy & Creative Production
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute cross-platform strategies that align with our core marketing objectives.
Multimedia Creation: Curate and produce high-quality content, including reels, stories, and static posts, using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe.
Trend Integration: Stay at the forefront of social media trends and tools to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
2. Community Growth & Reputation Management
Audience Engagement: Actively manage followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Moderation: Oversee online reputation management, ensuring the community environment remains positive and aligned with brand values.
Traffic & Conversion: Implement tactics designed to move users from "browsing" to "buying" or visiting our website.
3. Performance Analytics & Paid Advertising
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor platform algorithms and prepare regular reports that translate raw data into actionable growth recommendations.
Paid Social: (Where applicable) Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to scale reach and ROI.
Optimization: Continuously A/B test content formats and posting times to maximize organic reach and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of an NCE, ND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital growth role.
Technical IQ: Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
Core Competencies
Algorithm Savvy: Deep understanding of how different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) prioritize content.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional written skills with a knack for writing captions that spark conversation.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with social media metrics and reporting tools.
Resilience: Ability to manage online crises and moderate communities with poise.
