Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can masterfully bridge the gap between digital lead generation and revenue closure. This is a dual-impact role designed for a professional who possesses the technical expertise to manage high-spend social media ads and the commercial finesse to interface with clients and close high-value deals.
In this position, you will be the engine of our growth—owning the digital funnel from the first click to the final handshake. You will architect multi-channel strategies across Meta, Google, and Email, while simultaneously acting as a lead consultant to manage inbound/outbound inquiries and follow-up meetings. If you are a results-driven marketer with 2 years of experience and a "closer" mindset, we want you to lead our market expansion.
Requirements:
1. Digital Ad Management & Funnel Optimization
Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to drive targeted traffic and high-intent leads.
Performance Analytics: Rigorously monitor ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPC, and conversion rates to identify performance bottlenecks and pivot strategies in real-time.
SEO & Content Governance: Oversee website management, ensuring SEO optimization and a frictionless user experience (UX) to maximize organic reach and conversion.
2. Content Architecture & Brand Awareness
Creative Curation: Create and curate high-engagement content for social media, email campaigns, and our website that resonates with our target demographic.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis and market research to ensure our messaging maintains a sharp competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
3. Sales Integration & Relationship Management
Lead Conversion: Manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound inquiries, transforming digital leads into paying customers through professional phone and email consultations.
Strategic Follow-up: Set up and attend high-stakes meetings with potential clients, providing expert product knowledge to resolve objections and close sales.
Vendor & Partner Liaison: Manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships to scale digital marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience with a proven track record in managing Google and Meta ad platforms.
Analytical IQ: Strong ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that improve ROI.
Communication Power: Elite written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing compelling copy and leading persuasive sales meetings.
Core Competencies
