Job Description:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, forecasting, and insights to drive sustainable business growth

• Develop and implement financial policies, strategies, and systems to safeguard the company’s financial stability

• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and investment strategies to optimize performance

• Identify growth opportunities, assess business risks, and recommend data-driven initiatives for profitability

• Partner with executive leadership in shaping and executing long-term corporate strategy

• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and international financial reporting standards

• Manage strong relationships with investors, banks, and key external stakeholders

• Lead, coach, and mentor the finance team to achieve excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Strong background in business strategy with the ability to align financial planning to organizational growth objectives

• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams

• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining foresight in decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in senior financial management or leadership roles
