Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and detail-obsessed Cashier to anchor the financial engine of our fast-growing retail and beauty brand. In the specialized landscape of Tradefair’s high-volume market, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-speed customer checkouts with the clinical precision required for POS Accuracy, Cash Balancing, and Dispute Resolution. This role is designed for a "Ledger Architect" who can blend "Numerical Grit" (balancing registers and maintaining records) with the "Service Agility" required to provide an elite customer experience at the point of sale.

Requirements:

1. Fiscal Orchestration & Payment Governance

• Transaction Sovereignty: Process customer payments (Cash, POS, Transfers) with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Accuracy."

• Balancing Architecture: Execute rigorous cash register alignment at the start and end of every shift, providing the "Structural Foundation" for daily financial reporting.

• Refund Stewardship: Handle sensitive refund processes and issue high-fidelity receipts, ensuring the "Source of Customer Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Checkout Logic

• Record Sovereignty: Maintain organized and audit-ready records of all daily transactions, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Integrity."

• Environment Architecture: Ensure the checkout area is clean and strategically organized, providing the "Physical Foundation" for efficient customer throughput.

• Sales Stewardship: Support the sales team during peak periods and identify upselling opportunities at the checkout, maintaining the "Source of Growth Momentum."

3. Professional Integrity & Performance Power

• Service Sovereignty: Provide an elite level of communication and customer service at the checkout point, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Representation."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND.

• Experience: Previous experience as a Cashier or in Retail is highly advantageous.

• Skills: Good numerical skills, record-keeping, and strong communication.

• Location: Based in or accessible to Tradefair, Lagos.
