Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and meticulously organized Administrative Assistant to anchor our daily operations in Alakija, Lagos. In a fast-paced professional environment, success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume correspondence and record-keeping with the clinical precision required for staff/student file management, HR documentation, and executive scheduling. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Clerical Grit" (maintaining physical and electronic filing) with the "Technical Agility" required for report preparation and digital calendar governance.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Resource Governance

  • Workflow Sovereignty: Ensure the "Zero-Friction" day-to-day running of office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for staff, students, and visitors.

  • Supply Stewardship: Manage office supplies inventory with millimetric precision, placing high-speed orders when necessary to ensure the office remains a "Source of Productivity."

  • Facility Synergy: Coordinate office activities and events with high-fidelity attention to detail, ensuring all meetings and training sessions are executed without logistical error.

2. Information Architecture & HR Logic

  • Record Integrity: Maintain updated staff and student files (both physical and electronic), ensuring every document is a "Source of Accuracy" for management and HR.

  • Correspondence Governance: Manage incoming calls and emails with professional diplomacy, ensuring that official records and presentations are "Audit-Ready" and meticulously prepared.

  • Reporting Fidelity: Prepare high-impact reports and documentation for management, ensuring all submissions meet rigorous quality and timeline standards.

3. Schedule Diplomacy & Support Excellence

  • Calendar Sovereignty: Coordinate complex schedules, appointments, and events, maintaining an organized digital calendar to de-risk scheduling conflicts.

  • Visitor Interface: Act as the first "Source of Professionalism" for the organization, welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments with elite interpersonal skills.

  • Team Integration: Support HR and management with specialized documentation, demonstrating the "Initiative Power" to work effectively as part of a high-performance team.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Must possess at least a B.Sc, B.Ed, or HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable institution.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience working as an administrator or marketer.

  • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in preparing professional presentations, reports, and managing digital filing systems.
