Job Description:
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to ensure an efficient working environment.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and supporting HR processes.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure administrative policies comply with company standards and generate necessary reports.
- Facility & Asset Management: Oversee office facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and security.
- Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external communications professionally.
- Records & Documentation: Maintain organized records, company files, and correspondence.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Handle office procurement needs and liaise with suppliers for goods and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or HR support.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures, procurement, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
