Job Description:

We are seeking a numerically elite, process-obsessed, and compliance-rigorous Financial Governor to anchor the payables-immune system and inventory-tracking engine of our organization. In the high-stakes world of supply-chain accounting where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the 3-way match (PO–GRN–Invoice) and the precision of the reconciliation-filter success is defined by "Accounts Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex supplier relationships with the clinical precision required for Inventory-Flow Architecture, Ledger-Integrity Governance, and Audit-Readiness Stewardship. This role is designed as a "Financial Control-Center" a critical residency for an ambitious accounting professional who can blend "Forensic Grit" (mastering the complexities of discrepancies and variances) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Financial Workflows.

Requirements:

1. Payable Sovereignty & 3-Way Architecture

• Sovereignty of Payables: Execute 3-way matching (PO–GRN–Invoice) with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional-Spend Throughput."

• Transaction Architecture: Record inventory receipts and value assets in real-time, providing the "Structural Foundation" for precise balance-sheet reporting.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, ensuring the "Source of Payable-Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Governance Sovereignty & Reconciliation Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Match supplier statements with ledger balances, acting as the primary "Source of Variance-Resolution Momentum."

• Strategy Architecture: Identify and resolve timing differences, debit/credit notes, and unposted invoices, providing the "Functional Foundation" for clean supplier ledgers.

• Audit Stewardship: Provide audit schedules and documentation, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory-Compliance."

3. Operational Fidelity & Ledger Power

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Maintain accuracy in GL postings related to expenses and payables, acting as the primary "Source of Financial-Insight."

• Execution Architecture: Support month-end/year-end closing activities, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational stability.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Analytical-Expertise to accelerate the "Invoice-to-Payment" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Organizational-Financial Momentum."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 3–4 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, inventory accounting, or financial operations.

• Technical Power: Mastery of ERP/Accounting systems; deep understanding of General Ledger functions and financial reporting documentation.

• Aptitude: Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities; ability to manage complex supplier reconciliations.

• Mindset: Disciplined, detail-oriented, and ready to maintain "Accounts Sovereignty" in a high-volume financial environment.
