Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Accountant / Clerical Worker to join our team in Umuoji. In this dual-capacity role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring the smooth operation of our daily clerical and administrative workflows. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing both numbers and office administration with precision. Requirements:

• Financial Accounting: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording income and expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining up-to-date financial ledgers.

• Clerical Support: Oversee office administrative tasks, including filing, document management, answering correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and detect discrepancies.

• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of basic financial statements, tax filings, and internal reports for management review.

• Data Integrity: Ensure all financial and administrative records are organized, secure, and compliant with company policies.

• Communication: Act as a point of contact for routine administrative inquiries and coordinate effectively with other team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: A minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
