Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our operations in the Akowonjo / Iyana Ipaja axis. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the tax filing success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily ledger management with the clinical precision required for Payroll Processing, Statutory Deductions, and Bank Reconciliations. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with a Degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (mastering QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage payables and receivables while ensuring 100% compliance with Nigerian tax regulations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Ledger Governance
Record Sovereignty: Maintain flawless financial records and reports, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Truth."
Reconciliation Architecture: Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accurate cash position monitoring.
Integrity Stewardship: Process payroll and statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, etc.) with absolute accuracy, ensuring the "Source of Employee Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Compliance Logic
Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure 100% adherence to tax regulations and filing deadlines, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Security."
Flow Architecture: Handle payables and receivables to optimize working capital, providing the "Functional Foundation" for uninterrupted business operations.
System Stewardship: Utilize QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to automate and streamline financial workflows, maintaining the "Source of Systemic Efficiency."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Excel Sovereignty: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling, acting as the primary "Source of Quantitative Intelligence."
Reporting Architecture: Generate timely financial reports to support management decision-making, providing the "Relational Foundation" for strategic planning.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of accounting expertise to resolve ledger abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Fiscal Throughput" in the Akowonjo/Iyana Ipaja axis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
Software Power: High proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Technical Mastery: Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Functions).
