Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our healthcare facility. In the complex operational environment of a clinic, success is defined by "Financial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily medical billings with the clinical precision required for payment reconciliation (Cash, POS, Transfers), expense monitoring, and staff commissions. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" with a BSc/HND and 3+ years of experience who can blend "Numerical Grit" (tracking daily transactions and follow-ups) with the "Analytical Agility" required to prevent leakages and ensure absolute accountability.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Reconciliation Governance

  • Transaction Sovereignty: Record daily financial transactions with millimetric focus, ensuring every entry acts as a "Source of Data Accuracy."

  • Payment Architecture: Reconcile all payment channels (Cash, POS, and Transfers) with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Verification."

  • Collection Stewardship: Track outstanding patient payments and conduct rigorous follow-ups, maintaining the "Source of Liquidity."

2. Operational Resilience & Expenditure Logic

  • Flow Sovereignty: Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall revenue velocity, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for the clinic's financial health.

  • Leakage Architecture: Implement and enforce strict financial discipline to identify and prevent leakages, acting as the primary "Source of Asset Protection."

  • Payroll Stewardship: Manage staff payroll and commissions with professional poise, ensuring the workforce remains a "Source of Harmonious Productivity."

3. Reporting Integrity & Performance Power

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare weekly and monthly high-fidelity financial reports, acting as the "Source of Management Insight" for profitability.

  • Systems Architecture: Utilize accounting software and Excel with expert-level proficiency to optimize the "Source of Financial Documentation."

  • Compliance Logic: Ensure all financial activities align with healthcare accounting standards, utilizing 3+ years of experience to optimize the "Source of Professional Trust."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of robust experience in accounting; experience within the Healthcare/Clinic sector is a significant strategic advantage.

  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
