Job Description:
We are seeking high-velocity and commercially elite Account Managers to anchor the revenue engine of our pan-African connectivity firm. In the specialized landscape of cloud solutions, network security, and managed IT services, success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex technical offerings with the clinical precision required for Lead Conversion, Client Retention, and CRM Governance. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Sales Grit" (prospecting and closing high-value accounts) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead junior staff and navigate the ISP/Telecom sector.
Requirements:
1. Portfolio Orchestration & Growth Governance
Acquisition Sovereignty: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of New Business Velocity."
Account Architecture: Manage and expand existing client accounts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term revenue stability.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate and rigorous records on CRM systems, ensuring the "Source of Sales Intelligence" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Leadership Logic
Strategy Sovereignty: Develop and implement localized sales strategies for Lagos, Abuja, or Rivers, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Leadership Architecture: Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing the "Functional Foundation" for a high-performing department.
Technical Stewardship: Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve client issues, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Presentation Sovereignty: Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals to C-suite executives, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Authority."
Churn Architecture: Proactively manage client relationships to minimize attrition, providing the "Relational Foundation" for business continuity.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of sector expertise to convert complex technical leads into closed contracts, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales or Account Management.
Sector Advantage: Prior experience in ISP, Telecommunications, or Managed IT Services is a significant advantage.
Skills: Expert knowledge of CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
