Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and linguistically elite Account Manager to anchor the customer engine of our operations. In the specialized landscape of global payments and fintech, success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex merchant needs with the clinical precision required for Metric Forecasting, Margin Tracking, and Data Privacy Compliance. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" with at least 4 years of experience who can blend "Relational Grit" (building long-term mutually beneficial bonds) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Flutterwave’s product ecosystem and maintain professional fluency in French.
Requirements:
1. Relationship Orchestration & Portfolio Governance
Contact Sovereignty: Serve as the lead point of contact for all account matters with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Client Trust."
Communication Architecture: Ensure customer demands are translated into internal action items, providing the "Structural Foundation" for timely service delivery.
Integrity Stewardship: Protect the personal information of all stakeholders in line with global data privacy laws, ensuring the "Source of Information Security" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Fiscal Logic
Forecasting Sovereignty: Track key account metrics and merchant fees, acting as the primary "Source of Margin Protection."
Planning Architecture: Develop clear, trackable account plans for assigned merchants, providing the "Functional Foundation" for business growth and upsell opportunities.
Resolution Stewardship: Investigate and resolve customer complaints across all channels, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare status reports and present progress to executive management, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Visibility."
Bilingual Architecture: Utilize Professional French Fluency to manage international portfolios, providing the "Global Foundation" for cross-border merchant success.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4+ years of Customer Experience expertise to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maximizing the "Source of Portfolio Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service or Customer Experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Linguistic Mastery: Professional fluency in French is required.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Flutterwave’s product and service offerings.
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Nigeria without sponsorship.
