Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically agile Website / IT Support Officer to anchor the digital engine of our Ikeja operations. In the specialized landscape of modern corporate connectivity, success is defined by "Infrastructure Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-uptime website management with the clinical precision required for Hardware Maintenance, Network Troubleshooting, and Data Security. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" with a Degree or Diploma in IT who can blend "Technical Grit" (fixing hardware and software failures) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage regular backups and website security.

Requirements:

1. Web Orchestration & Digital Governance

• Update Sovereignty: Maintain and update the company website with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Freshness."

• Security Architecture: Ensure website integrity and perform regular backups, providing the "Structural Foundation" for disaster recovery.

• Performance Stewardship: Monitor site speed and fix technical glitches, ensuring the "Source of Online Presence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Hardware Logic

• Support Sovereignty: Provide real-time technical assistance to staff for hardware and software problems, acting as the primary "Source of Employee Productivity."

• System Architecture: Install and configure computer systems and peripheral equipment (printers, etc.), providing the "Functional Foundation" for office operations.

• Network Stewardship: Troubleshoot internet and email issues, maintaining the "Source of Communication Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Information Power

• Database Sovereignty: Assist in managing company databases and online platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Data Accessibility."

• Record Architecture: Keep detailed logs of IT issues and implemented solutions, providing the "Knowledge Foundation" for future troubleshooting.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Basic WordPress and HTML knowledge to resolve web-related hurdles in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Digital Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Web Mastery: Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, HTML, or similar CMS tools).

• Technical Mastery: Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking protocols.

• Location: Must be able to operate onsite in Ikeja, Lagos.
