Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Web & Mobile App Developer to join our team. This dual-purpose role sits at the intersection of technical production and professional mentorship. You will be responsible for building professional, responsive digital products while simultaneously serving as an instructor to guide the next generation of developers. If you have a passion for clean code, user-centric design, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to students, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact through both creation and education.

Requirements:

• Development & Design: Create and maintain high-quality, functional, and user-friendly websites and mobile applications. Implement modern design principles that enhance user experience (UX) and interface (UI) aesthetics.

• Instruction & Mentorship: Lead training sessions for students, providing them with hands-on knowledge of web design and mobile app development lifecycles.

• Technical Implementation: Write clean, efficient code. Utilize modern frameworks and technologies to build scalable solutions that perform across all device types.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve bugs, optimize site performance, and ensure our digital presence remains responsive and secure.

• Visual Strategy: Integrate basic graphic design skills to enhance the aesthetic quality of your projects, ensuring they align with our branding and professional standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in web or mobile application development.

• Technical Toolkit:

  • Core Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with technologies such as Flutter/Dart, Firebase, Laravel, CodeIgniter, React JS, or Node.js.

  • Design: Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and basic graphic design capabilities.
