Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Warehouse Manager to anchor our fulfillment engine in Lekki. In the fast-paced logistical landscape of Lagos, success is defined by "Logistical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize shipping, receiving, and storage with the clinical precision required for OSHA compliance, space optimization, and vendor diplomacy. This role is designed for an "Operations Architect" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (managing hourly personnel and heavy equipment) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

1. Operations Orchestration & Flow Governance

• Fulfillment Sovereignty: Manage daily operations across shipping, receiving, and storage, ensuring every movement acts as a "Source of Productivity."

• Logistics Architecture: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Supply Chain Synchronization."

• Space Stewardship: Strategically plan warehouse layouts to ensure "Zero-Waste" space utilization, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for efficient facility flow.

2. Inventory Resilience & Security Logic

• Inventory Sovereignty: Audit stock levels and manage record-keeping with millimetric focus, ensuring the database remains a "Source of Truth" for the organization.

• Safety Architecture: Implement and enforce OSHA health and safety regulations, acting as the primary "Source of Protection" for personnel and assets.

• Security Stewardship: Maintain a secure facility and oversee the handling of heavy equipment, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the safety and security of the warehouse environment.

3. Leadership Integrity & Performance Power

• Staff Sovereignty: Hire, train, and mentor warehouse personnel, acting as the "Source of Professional Growth" and performance improvement.

• Systems Architecture: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with clinical precision to track performance metrics and inventory velocity.

• Communication Logic: Exercise excellent verbal and written skills to manage hourly employees and external partners, utilizing 3+ years of experience to optimize the "Source of Operational Command."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: 3+ years of robust experience in a warehouse or logistics role, including supervision of hourly employees.

• Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a significant strategic advantage.

• Technical Mastery: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
