UX / UI DEVELOPER - LUMAPPS SPECIALIST AT SMARTCHAIN WEST AFRICA LIMITED

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The UX/UI Developer will support the design, customization, and optimization of the client’s LumApps intranet platform across assigned projects, as well as create a small number of LumApps-based extranets..
• Gather functional and design requirements from internal teams and translate them into a user centred LumApps experience.
• Customize and implement LumApps templates, themes, and widgets to meet branding and functionality requirements.
• Integrate dynamic content and ensure compatibility with Google Workspace, as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, providing technical support during implementation, and documenting the customization work.
• Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards and align with clientdesign guidelines.
• Deliver final tested and documented LumApps platform updates within the agreed project timeline.
• Adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques while contributing to the technical code base, including any required documentation
• Adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development, and testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
• Strong experience in UX/UI development, including demonstrated expertise working with LumApps technology.
• 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Liquid templates, and responsive web design.
• Proven experience customizing LumApps sites, including creating widgets, templates, and dynamic pages.
• Familiarity with API integrations and Google Workspace integration within LumApps.
• Ability to deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and digital governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
