Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and highly technical IoT Engineer to design and maintain the next generation of connected ecosystems. This is a "full-stack" hardware-to-cloud role: you will be responsible for everything from writing low-level firmware for microcontrollers to architecting secure data pipelines in the cloud.

Requirements:

1. Firmware & Embedded Development

• Device Intelligence: Develop and optimize firmware for microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32) and edge devices, ensuring efficient power management and real-time response.

• Hardware Integration: Interface with various sensors and actuators, managing low-level drivers and signal processing.

• RTOS Management: (Preferred) Utilize FreeRTOS or Zephyr to handle complex, multi-threaded tasks in resource-constrained environments.

2. Connectivity & Protocol Orchestration

• Communication Pipelines: Implement and secure communication protocols including MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS, BLE, and LoRaWAN.

• Networking Logic: Configure TCP/IP settings, Wi-Fi, and cellular connectivity, ensuring stable data transmission across diverse network environments.

• Security & OTA: Architect secure authentication and encryption for all devices, and manage Over-the-Air (OTA) update cycles to keep the fleet secure and up-to-date.

3. Cloud Integration & Data Pipelines

• Cloud Architecture: Integrate device fleets with major platforms like AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, or Google Cloud IoT.

• Data Processing: Build REST APIs and data pipelines to collect, process, and store device telemetry for real-time monitoring and historical analysis.

• Edge Computing: (Preferred) Implement edge-based data processing to reduce latency and bandwidth consumption.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Embedded Mastery: Strong experience with C/C++ and Python on platforms like ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or Arduino.

• Cloud IQ: Hands-on experience with cloud services, REST APIs, and Linux-based systems.

• Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LPWAN, and security best practices for connected systems.

• Full-Stack Logic: Ability to troubleshoot issues across the hardware, firmware, and cloud layers.

• Documentation: Capability to create clear system diagrams and technical documentation for complex integrations.
